Six Years Later I'm Still Sane

It's a happy day.  I love all my children but the fact that I survived newborn twins, toddler twins and then preschool twins really makes me feel GREAT!

It is hard to be a twin and it is hard to be a parent of twins with a combination of other children to raise as well.  Six years later we are happy, content, well adjusted {on most days} and ready to start another day.

Both of these children are happy, social, eager learners, competitive and everything that a normal six year old should be.

They are excited to be six years old {and so am I} and eager to be in Grade One next year.  They are eager to play hockey without parents on the ice, eager to draw and paint like their Aunt...they are so excited for life and I love it.

Happy Birthday Sasha and Samuel.

You two are a huge blessing in my life and I adore watching you grow and learn.  I love that you still want to cuddle with Mom & Dad, you love us to read you books, play games and are helpful with your little brother.  I love how you  listen to your big brother and see him as a form of security when you head off to school.  I hope the bond never breaks between you all.

That's what I'm saying, you should be VERY proud of yourself!! I can't imagine raising twins, what blessing and a chore. You look beautiful in the picture with them. Happy Birthday!!!

Those are some awesome kids and an AWESOME momma! I can't believe how big they all are! They are growing into some amazing little people...you have have done WONDERFUL! I always try to remember that the "days are long, but the years are short" Getting through those toddler years are rough some days...I can't even imagine with twins and a little one...but it all goes so fast! Keep doing what you're doing...you all look fabulous! :-)
