Tackle It Tuesday

I was a slacker for the past two weeks but I'm back on the TACKLE wagon.

Who are we kidding??? As Mom's we are always tackling something but I like to post To Do List items only for Tuesdays.

First up...I bought myself a shrub...a Cherry tree/shrub {is a tree but grows like a shrub} and the rain stopped long enough for me to dig a hole and put it in the ground.

Now if I only had the cash and time to figure out what else to put in this HUGE plantar.

Any ideas????

The garden is in!!

I also went up to my Dad's house and stole a few lilacs to put between these towering poplar's so I do not have to look at a plowed up field for the rest of my life.

I love the field but not when it's left to sommer-fallow.

The lilacs are hard to see but it is so wet around here you cannot get any yard work done.

Madame sent home a note from preschool stating that she would like the yearbooks to be completed by June 2nd...this Wednesday.  I knew this day was arriving so I had been working on them here and there, whenever I had a sleeping toddler and the twins were resting.

I miss my dining room table.

BUT.....tonight I finished all 20 yearbooks...I am SO happy to get that job out of the way.

Completed books ready to ship back to the school.

 

I wanted to clean the table off and put my stamping stuff away but it was after 10pm when I finished.

I'm tired and wanted to get this post done so I cleaned up the paper scraps and that is it till tomorrow.

Because of the rain my children have spent alot of time in the house so next week's tackle will for sure be housework!
