I am going to miss when my children can show their affection only young children can. On Owen's first day of school his sister HAD to walk him to the bus. I did not expect for them to be holding hands!
I know older kids have a hard time showing affection but little people...oh man..there is always hugging and hand holding going on in this house. I'll miss it when we will have to encourage Owen or one of the other kids to hold a hand or show them they care in some way. Maybe it will never happen but this is one day I won't forget.
Yes, I'll miss this moment.
