Tackle It Tuesday

I originally began this post with "This week I did not accomplish my tackle..." but then realized I had actually got some stuff done that was on my to do list.

This impromptu photo shoot was not on my list but was fun to do and is now going to be the pic on my sidebar...I love how Gage is laughing his head off.

It all started with this one shot of Gage and Sammy...is this a cute pic or what?

We were getting ready for bed.

I also finally planted some pots. I do not plan on being around my house a whole lot this summer so I decided a few pots is enough. I do not think I am even going to fill up my backyard flower bed because I don't care if it sits with black dirt in it one more year. Besides if I wait...everything goes on sale mid summer.

These pots are in doors because the temperature dropped below zero lastnight. They have wave petunias in them.


And this is what I wanted to tackle.

We are having people over on Sunday after Gage's baptism and I think it's time these cluttered areas were fixed up. Again, I challenge myself to use things (baskets and such) that I already own. So off I go to do this today and hopefully by tonight I can report that this area was cleaned and my carrots were planted!
