Heidi had a post up recently about "expired" foods in your fridge. like her I throw away anything that has an expired best before date. Well, I may just be throwing away money...read this article and see what you can actually keep in your fridge long after the expiry date.
In my last Shout Out Sunday post I mentioned that I'll never purchase another dot to dot, maze book or even possibly a coloring book because you can get whatever you want online. I found this maze (.pdf form) and thought it was a great way to help teach your child to recognize the alphabet (not just be able to sing the song).

Ever yell at your kids? (both my hands are raised). Well, here is a blog post that I found a loonnngg time ago about how not to scream like a banchee. You may feel like you get a wee bit of a smackdown when you read "Yelling is lazy mothering...." sigh......
