I have *known* Karina for 7 years. She has always been there for me to chat and to be honest was one of the first ones to know when I found out I was pregnant with my miracle Gage.
So....she needs our help right now.
Her daughter Letha is very sick. You can read about it all here. Letha has pneumonia and a possibly heart defect that was found because of the chest xray they did.
So please say a prayer for Letha's health, Karina's strength, and their family.
