So once again not much to report. I have totally failed in this department and had no idea I that I would have such an issue finding time to exercise. I worked out on Friday and therefore I hurt all day Saturday which made me angry because I should just find the time for my own health!
I need to workout in the morning or it will not get done. I could list all the excuses why I have fallen off the wagon and have yet to hop aboard again but what good would that do?
I will say this past week I was "better" with my eating. BUT I was not thinking when I made those Double Chocolate Chewy Cookies and ate way too much of the cookie dough. I also need to stop buying that darn International Delight coffee creamer. I really need to wean myself off of it and go back to black coffee.
So, I am the same weight still and really not reporting anything except how awful I am at this battle. I aim to workout today or tonight (and I am so so very tired right now) so we will see how it goes. So much for my 16 lbs in 16 weeks but it is not over just yet......
